I have a new koi pond but my fish keep dying?

I have a new Koi pond made out of concrete. Before I put my Koi I went and bought some little gold fish but they keep dying. I’ve check the water and everything is good. What I have notice is that their eye get bloody can it be the paint that I used? And one is still blind. The name of the paint is SherCrete flexible concrete waterproof.

Does the water have metals and chlorine in it? Put some water purifier in the water and get new feeder fish to test. The pond also needs a filter so the water can be clean and their is oxygen in the water. It is also possible that the goldfish were already sick..... Anyway you should take a water sample to petsmart to see for sure and they can help you. Don't get your $100 koi yet. Good Luck with your fish.
